Fresco, featuring Coachella Valley native chefs Erick Hernandez and Juan Martinez, is a fusion cuisine concept. After leading several fine dining kitchens, they wanted to challenge themselves and develop a concept creating unique food that would showcase a different twist fusing traditional Mexican recipes with Asian cuisine. Chef Erick and Juan always take pride in their cuisine and strive to execute at the highest level. They value the process and integrity of each dish they prepare, utilizing locally sourced, wholesome ingredients.
